Dave is CEO and founder of Resultant Group. Dave Gajadhar is a practicing Sustainability, Innovation, and Accountability Management Advisor with a special focus on Government, Regulated industries and Socio-Economic Sustainability services across North America and the Caribbean.

Dave's industry experiences in Utilities, Government, Tourism, Manufacturing, Regulated industries, Human and Health Services, Aboriginal communities developing and implementing business strategies, policy changes, Sustainability growth practices with particular emphasis on public-private partnerships, competition, government efficiency, transparency, accountability, growth and performance.

Dave’s objective is to find new creative and innovative means to support sustainability, finance growth, infrastructure and deliver shared services across communities. Dave assures that business and government initiatives are delivered appropriately and support maximum quality, efficiency and effectiveness, and works to continually widen the scope of operations at national and regional levels. Dave is also a strong advocate for vulnerable citizens, persons with restricted mobility and skills to further educate themselves and seek opportunities for employment and independence.
RHONDA SWANSON
Managing Partner and Advisor, Resultant Group
Rhonda Swanson is a global managing partner of Resultant Group and Senior Advisor with over 25 years' experience with focus on assisting medium to enterprise level companies, government and regulated industries in Organizational Development and Transformation and optimizing business efficiency through consulting, designing, developing and implementing business, operational processes and IT to align their business goals and strategic vision.
Rhonda has extensive experience partnering with key stakeholders across industries to drive organizational effectiveness strategies. She has work closely with executives and their leadership teams to design and implement large scale strategic change and leadership development initiatives. Prior to consulting, Rhonda held a position as senior human resource specialist for a variety of large corporations. Rhonda holds a formal diploma in Business Administration, training, communications and behavioral concepts along with numerous industry related seminars and workshops.

Rob's program delivery and management background has encompassed several private and government industry verticals such as Banking, Financial Services, Information Technology, Health and Human Services, Education, Employment, Energy & Mining, Child Services and Primary Industries and Regions. Rob has extensive domain and international experience with leadership in global and large-scale programs, delivery and implementation of enterprise management solutions in Canada, North America, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
Rob has over 19+ years of experience in the IT industry, having worked in leadership and infrastructure roles his entire career. He has overseen the establishment of architecture frameworks, practices and implementation of operational and business support systems that organizations would use to operate and manage their business. Rob has assisted clients to ideate new business opportunities, launch new business ventures, improve existing business processes and make strategic decisions based on performance metrics.
